Roydon Gonsalves Auto & Aerospace has a diverse work experience in various companies. RoydonGonsalves started their career in 1984 at RAKA ADVERTISING & MARKETING PVT LTD, where they served as Vice President. During their time there, they worked on advertising, corporate communications, brand building, strategic communications, and managed market research projects. RoydonGonsalves also played a significant role in repositioning one of the largest banks in the world in India, launching a successful rabies vaccine, managing capital floats and IPOs, and supporting the introduction of India's automobile industry. Following their tenure at RAKA, Roydon Gonsalves joined Personnel Search Services in 1999 as the Group Practice Head, where they focused on marketing and strategic consulting at the CXO level. RoydonGonsalves then transitioned to Ray & Berndtson as the Group Practice Head, further enhancing their expertise.

Roydon Gonsalves Auto & Aerospace has a diverse education history. RoydonGonsalves attended St Mary's High School from 1962 to 1977, where they obtained a Secondary School Certificate. Following this, they enrolled at St. Xavier's College from 1973 to 1977 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a field of study in Economics. In 1979, they pursued a Diploma in Communication Arts at XIC, specializing in Corporate Communications. In 1980, they attended Xavier Institute of Management for a year, completing a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) with a focus on General Management. Finally, in 1983, they attended Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) for a year, obtaining a Degree in Marketing Management (DMM).
