Clenton Reynolds possesses over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources, program management, and culinary operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter and Lead Life Skills Instructor at Ray Graham Association since November 2012, Clenton designs activities and community experiences that foster skill development and personal growth while ensuring positive interactions for customers. Previously, in the role of Culinary Manager at Apostolic Faith Church from October 2006 to February 2015, Clenton established departmental policies and managed food and supply purchasing. Clenton's background includes a significant tenure as Program Director at ResCare Premier, overseeing case management for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and leading a team of up to 20 staff members. Prior experience includes serving as Service Director at United Airlines from 1998 to 2005. Clenton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Robert Morris University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
