Merritt Clements is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various litigation areas, including commercial, construction, financial institutions, government, intellectual property, personal injury, wrongful death, professional malpractice, and railroad litigation. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Ray | Peña | McChristian since March 2019, Merritt has previously held positions as an Attorney at Law at Tom Rhodes Law Firm, P.C. and as a Partner at Strasburger & Price, LLP. Prior to these roles, Merritt was a Shareholder at Winstead, P.C. and also served as a Partner at Strasburger & Price, LLP. Merritt holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the same institution.
