Paul Bresge

Paul Bresge has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul is currently the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ray Therapeutics, Inc., which they joined in 2021. Previously, in 2022, they became a member of the Board of Directors of Healios KK.

Prior to their current positions, Paul held various leadership roles in different companies. From 2011 to 2020, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of jCyte, Inc., a rare disease biotech company focusing on the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa and other blinding diseases. In this role, Paul played a critical role in the development of the therapy, jCell, and led corporate strategy and operations, including pre-clinical and clinical development, manufacturing, and fundraising. Paul secured a significant licensing contract and non-dilutive grants, recruited a high-performance executive team, and formed a world-class scientific advisory board.

Before joining jCyte, Inc., Paul was involved in Blizzard Courier Service Ltd., where they served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2018 and as the Executive Vice President from 1992 to 2003. Furthermore, they served as the Chairman of Industrial Tool Company from 1998 to 2001 and as the Director of Operations at Pharmasol from 1988 to 1991.
