Sean Ainsworth

Sean Ainsworth serves as the CEO and Chairman of Immusoft Corporation, where innovative gene therapy is developed through the transposition of a patient's own B-Cells. Concurrently, Sean is the Chairman of Ray Therapeutics, Inc., focusing on restoring vision for patients with degenerative retinal diseases via an optogenetic approach, and a Director at Ocuphire Pharma, which targets eye disorders through small-molecule therapies. Previous roles include Executive Director of Clinical Development at Allergan, CEO and Founder of RetroSense Therapeutics, Principal at Ainsworth BioConsulting, and positions in various biotech firms. Sean holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Microbiology from UC San Diego.
