Tyler McQuillan

Tyler McQuillan currently serves as Legal Counsel at Ray Therapeutics, Inc. since May 2023. Prior experience includes a Corporate Associate role at Mintz from December 2020 to May 2023 and Associate Attorney positions at Weintraub Law Group PC, Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP, and Burkhardt and Larson between 2018 and 2020. Earlier in the career, Tyler was a Compliance Analyst at Deutsche Bank from July 2016 to July 2017 and held various clerkship positions, including Transactional Law Clerk at the University of San Diego Entrepreneurship Clinic and Judicial Extern at the California Court of Appeal and United States District Court. Tyler earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.), Cum Laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law and completed a semester exchange at Københavns Universitet. An undergraduate degree in Political Science and Urban Studies & Planning was obtained from UC San Diego.
