Sally Nada

Sally Nada has over 20 years of experience in customer experience, specializing in audit, risk, compliance, and corporate governance. They have held leadership roles at various organizations, including serving as Governance Director at Raya CX and Business Director at Bosyard. Sally has also contributed significantly to ECCO Outsourcing as Operational Excellence and OD Manager, implementing balanced scorecards and risk management strategies. They obtained a Human Resources Management Diploma with distinction from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University.
