Julie Costa

Julie Costa has over a decade of experience in the retail and culture management sectors. Currently, as a People and Culture Manager at DEPT® since May 2019, Julie focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture. Prior to this role, Julie held various managerial positions at lululemon, starting as an Assistant Manager in Community + Operations from December 2010 to June 2015, and later serving as a Key Leader - Community Leader. From July 2017 to May 2019, Julie progressed to Manager at lululemon, enhancing community engagement and operational efficiency.
