Ajay Banerkar

Ajay Banerkar has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Ajay began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Neco Schebutr & Salzer Limited, where they were responsible for inspection of automobile parts and machine programming and production. Ajay then worked as a Production Engineer at nagpur fabri forge pvt. ltd, where they planned line production, deployed workmen, and improved productivity. Ajay then moved on to BP Ergo Ltd as a Production Engineer, where their responsibilities included production and process planning, process improvements, and manpower planning. Ajay later joined VIP Industries Limited as an Executive, where they were responsible for production planning, new product and process development, and managing a team of supervisors and workmen. Currently, Ajay is an Operations Manager at Raychem RPG Ltd, where they oversee total operations of Switchboard Components, including order to cash activities, new product developments, and key accounts developments. Ajay has also successfully completed a capacity expansion project in this role.

Ajay Banerkar completed a Diploma in Education in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Ankush Polytechnic from 1994 to 1997. Ajay then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University between 2002 and 2005.
