Shivika Pandya

Shivika Pandya has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Management Intern at Ornua, where they managed accounts for the Kerrygold brand and handled retail stocking and ordering. In 2017, they joined Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. as a Management Trainee, and later transitioned to roles such as Product Management and International Sales Specialist. Currently, they are serving as an International Sales Manager and Business Development professional at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. Additionally, Shivika has experience in the field of corporate relations, having served as a member of the Placement committee at K J Somaiya Institute of Management, where they managed placement opportunities for a large batch of students and maintained relationships with HRs and corporates. Throughout their career, Shivika has demonstrated their skills in sales, business development, product management, and corporate relations.

Shivika Pandya completed a Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in International Business from the K J Somaiya Institute of Management from 2015 to 2017. Shivika also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which they earned between 2009 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Shivika Pandya has also obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they completed a certification course on "Selling into Industries: Manufacturing" through LinkedIn. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in "Marketing during a Crisis" from the same platform. Additionally, in July 2020, they completed a certification course on "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" through LinkedIn.
