Vaibhav Gangwar

Vaibhav Gangwar is an experienced professional in business excellence and quality management, currently serving as Head of Business Excellence at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. since June 2025. Previously, Vaibhav held a similar role at UFLEX Limited from March 2023 to May 2025 and advanced through various positions at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., including Chief Manager and Senior Manager of Corporate TQM from October 2019 to February 2023. Vaibhav's career began with significant roles at Ashok Leyland, where responsibilities spanned from Head of Plant TQM to Manager of TQM for Engine & Axle, and various other positions. Early in the career, Vaibhav worked as Assistant Manager in Fuel Pump Production at Cummins India and completed an internship at Telcon Limited. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, earned in 2008.
