Zied Ladhari has over 20 years of work experience. Zied began their career in 1999 as a Market Research Intern at Tunis-Carthage International Airport. In 2004, they became the General Manager of Steps of Rome LLC, a position they held until 2006. In 2006, they assumed the role of General Manager at La Strada LLC, where they stayed until 2007. Zied then became the General Manager of Steps of Rome LLC again, a position they held until 2010. In 2010, they became the Product Marketing & Sales Manager at Samsung Electronics. In 2013, they became the Beverage Solutions & Sales Manager at Nestl\u00e9 Professional. In 2015, they assumed the role of Senior Sales Executive at Revel Systems, and also became the Traditional Trade Sales Manager at Henkel (Laundry & Home Care). In 2018, they became the Senior Sales & Strategic Partnership at Highfive. Finally, in 2019, they became the Director, Strategic Partnerships & Channel Sales and Manager, Channel Sales & Strategic Partnerships at Raydiant - Experience Platform.

Zied Ladhari earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Institut supérieur de Gestion de Tunis in 2000. Zied then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Francisco State University in 2004, with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained a MEDDPICC Masterclass certification from MEDDICC.
