Eric Johansson

Eric Johansson is a seasoned expert in medical device development with extensive experience in research and development. Currently, Eric serves as the VP of R&D at Raydiant Oximetry, Inc., since April 2022. Previously, Eric held the position of Sr. Director of R&D/Product Development at Pacira Cryotech from June 2017 to April 2022, and worked as an Independent Medical Device Development Consultant prior to that. Notable roles include VP of R&D at Silverbow, where Eric was instrumental in developing an innovative oxygen delivery device, and Sr. Director of Design Engineering at ZELTIQ, leading multiple new product introduction programs. Eric's career began at Nellcor, transitioning from technician to lead electronics engineer. Eric holds a BSEE in Electronics Design and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with high honors.
