Maribel Morgado has extensive experience in client experience management and technology consulting within the health sector. Since March 2017, Maribel has held roles as Gestora Experiencia Clientes and Líder experiencia Cliente at Rayen Salud. Prior to this, Maribel worked at SAYDEX - Tecnología y Salud from February 2011 to February 2017, serving as Jefe de Servicios and as an expert advisor on the SIDRA project. Maribel's career also includes a brief position at Tech1group in 2009, providing IT consulting. Maribel holds a degree in Informatics in Health from Instituto Profesional DUOC-UC and has completed various professional development programs in leadership and project management, including a recent Diplomado en Diseño y gestión Ágil de proyectos from Universidad de Playa Ancha.
