Claudia Byers

Claudia Byers has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Claudia began their career in 2016 as a Cash Office/Sales Assistant at Smyth's Eurospar Ballymoney, where they worked until 2019. From 2017 to 2019, Claudia was a Post Office Clerk at Ballymoney Post Office. In 2019, they joined DISTRICT COFFEE (N.I.) LIMITED as a Barista, a role they held until 2020. Claudia then moved on to Raylo, where they started as an Operations Specialist from June 2020 to December 2020. Claudia then progressed to the position of Customer Success Team Lead from December 2020 to June 2022. Lastly, Claudia is currently employed at Raylo as an Operations Strategy Manager, a role they have held since May 2022.

Claudia Byers completed their education at Queen's University Belfast from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSci) degree in Physics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Claudia also acquired several certifications. These include "Project Management Foundations: Small Projects" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "Certified Lean Six Sigma White/Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt" from Udemy in March 2022, "Transitioning to Product Management" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Become a Conversational Support Expert" from Intercom in January 2022, "Aspiring Leaders Programme" from the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University Belfast in May 2021, and "ECDL (European Computer Driving License)" from ECDL/ICDL Certification in May 2015.
