Gary Handler

Gary Handler is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in retirement program consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Investments at Raymond James since March 2014, Gary leads an investment committee focusing on the complexities of retirement plan management.
