Haley Kramer

Haley Kramer is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in strategic campaign development and client relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Associate at Raymond James since June 2025, Haley focuses on creating marketing strategies for onboarding advisors and groups while managing client communications and project timelines. Previously, as a Project Manager at Ironistic, Haley oversaw full-scale marketing accounts for B2C clients and successfully revived at-risk accounts. Additionally, experience as an Account Manager at Iron Light involved managing long-term nonprofit and B2B clients across multiple campaigns. In earlier roles, Haley built relationships with Fortune 100 executives at EdgeRock Technology Partners and demonstrated sales excellence at Orangetheory Fitness, earning Sales Associate of the Year in 2017. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Applied Statistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
