Helen Rice

Helen Rice serves as a Senior Vice President at Raymond James Financial Inc. since January 2012, overseeing large-scale cross-firm initiatives, including the integration of acquired firms and the establishment of an AML Program. Previously, Helen held the position of Executive Director at UBS Wealth Management from March 2006 to November 2011, and prior roles include Director at General Electric Company and Senior Vice President at both Wachovia Securities and Prudential Securities. Helen has extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services industry spanning several decades, starting with a career at Prudential Securities, where multiple senior vice president roles were held from 1983 to 2005. Helen earned a BA in English and Communications from Hunter College between 1979 and 1983.
