Jay Ajwani

Jay Ajwani is a professional with extensive experience in technical business analysis and software engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Business Analyst at Raymond James since April 2024, Jay previously held the position of Lead Analyst at LPL Financial from November 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included validating and enhancing portfolio rebalancing functionality and leading an agile scrum team. Prior to that, Jay worked as a Software Engineer at LPL Financial and Verizon, contributing to trading platforms and point-of-sale applications through the design and development of REST APIs. Jay began the career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University and gained early experience as a Software Engineer at SYNC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In terms of education, Jay holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology.
