Lakshmi Kuve

Lakshmi Kuve is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in trading technology and software engineering. Currently serving as Director of Trading Technology at Raymond James since May 2022, Lakshmi manages the implementation of trading workflows and oversees strategic product development for financial advisor order entry platforms. Previously, Lakshmi held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Fidelity Investments for nearly 17 years, leading a team of engineers and managing critical technology portfolios. Earlier roles include Principal Software Engineer at Fidelity, Consultant in Software Engineering at Abacus Software Group, and Senior Software Engineer at Samyog Software Pvt Ltd. Lakshmi holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Karnatak University.
