Mark Bell

Mark Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate and strategic management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Raymond James since June 2018, Mark specializes in workplace strategy, design, and creating mobile workplaces for associates. Prior roles include Director of Real Estate Strategy at Blackheath Consulting, where Mark provided advisory and project management services, and Director of Operations/Real Estate at CarMax, managing project and change management initiatives. Mark's background also encompasses significant experience in corporate real estate management at Capital One, Circuit City Stores, Inc., and early roles in commercial banking. Mark holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and has furthered education through executive programs and certifications in change management and Scrum methodologies.
