Ronice Barlow

Ronice Barlow currently serves as SVP and Chief Operating Officer of the Independent Contractor Division at Raymond James, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Ronice accumulated over 30 years of experience at Franklin Templeton, advancing through roles such as SVP, Senior Strategic Sales Director and SVP, Co-Head US Retail Sales, where responsibilities included directing and growing a $260 billion business through the independent intermediary channel. Ronice has a proven track record in asset management, team leadership, and strategic planning, having managed large teams and coordinated growth strategies across multiple divisions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Eckerd College.
