Kerry Nicholls

Kerry Nicholls has extensive experience in client services and relationship management, currently serving as Deputy Head of Relationship Management, Client Services & Training at Raymond James Investment Services since October 2012. Prior to this role, Kerry was Regional Manager of Client Services at Towry Limited from 2010 to 2012, overseeing a team of 51 FTE and ensuring efficient post-sale activity. From 2004 to 2010, Kerry held the position of Senior Department Leader at Edward Jones, managing a dedicated service team for over 400 branches and focusing on performance management. Kerry's career began at HSBC, where various client-facing and leadership roles were undertaken from April 1988 to December 2003, including positions in retail banking, corporate relationship management, and marketing. Education was received at St Michaels RC School in Garston.
