Tracy Speechley

Tracy Speechley has extensive experience in operations management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Raymond James Investment Services since June 2005, Tracy has also held roles as Deputy Head of Operations and Operations & Settlements Manager. Prior to this, Tracy worked as the New Business & Client Services Manager at RMB International, which specialized in offshore investment management and services. Tracy's career began at BNP Paribas Security Services as a Project Analyst in Transfer Agency, where Tracy later became Team Leader, followed by a role as Assistant Team Manager at Jupiter Unit Trust Managers.
