Cole Flowers Figueroa

Cole Flowers Figueroa currently serves as an Executive Account Strategist at Raymond Search Group, where the focus is on tackling complex recruiting challenges within the construction and MEP sectors. Previously, Figueroa held the role of Executive Recruiter, specializing in various fields including construction, real estate, engineering, and facilities management. Prior to joining Raymond Search Group in January 2023, Figueroa worked in agent onboarding at MV Realty and gained experience as a bartender at Louie Bossi's. Figueroa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Broward College.
