Chuck Steele

Chuck Steele has extensive experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, currently serving as the Director of Digital Experience at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses since October 2012. Prior roles at Raymour & Flanigan included Senior Manager of E-Commerce Buying & Operations, E-Commerce Buying Manager, E-Commerce Category Buyer, and Store Manager. Before joining Raymour & Flanigan, Chuck held the position of Regional Director at American Income Life from March 2009 to August 2012 and served as District Manager at ALDI Stores from July 2006 to March 2009. Earlier in Chuck's career, a Branch Manager role was held at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from July 2003 to July 2006. Chuck Steele earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, and Accounting from Towson University between 1996 and 2001.
