Holly Coolican

Holly Coolican is an experienced professional with a diversified background in people development and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of People Development at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses since October 2006, Holly focuses on nurturing talent for peak performance. Previous roles include Chair of the Survivor Experience for Susan G. Komen and various leadership positions in marketing and sales at companies such as Oneida Ltd., Gateway Computers, The Walt Disney Company, and Gap Inc. Holly holds an Associate's degree in Retail and Marketing from Lasell College and a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, Holly is actively involved in community service as a volunteer for Hospice of Central New York and Francis House, and as a board member for Brides Across America.
