John Natoli

John Natoli has extensive experience in operations management within the retail sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Customer Care at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses since April 2017. Previously, John held senior roles at Bloomingdale's, including OVP for Market Operations, Logistics, and Facilities, as well as various leadership positions in store operations and regional management from 2001 to 2017. Earlier in John's career, significant roles included Operations Manager and Senior Security Manager at Macy's from 1984 to 1993. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with minors in Business and Management from Stony Brook University, complementing a solid foundation of education from local high schools.
