André Harding has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. In 2005, they started as a Propagandista at Libbs Farmacêutica, where they worked in sales and commercial representation until 2014. André then joined Takeda as a Propagandista Pleno, specializing in sales and commercial representation in the Gastro line.
In 2017, André became a Sales Rep at Volk Optical Inc., responsible for meeting sales targets nationwide and providing support to distributors, doctors, and businesses in the Ophthalmology field. André was later promoted to Brazil & Near Brazil Sales Manager in 2019, where they continued to oversee sales goals and train the sales force.
From 2020 to 2023, André worked at Oftservice Comércio Importação E Serviços EIRELI as a Product Manager, focusing on the Ophthalmology market. Their responsibilities included contacting international suppliers, negotiating purchase orders, managing import processes, and developing marketing strategies. André also participated in bidding processes and acquisitions in the public and private markets.
Currently, André is employed as a Regional Sales Manager at Rayner.
André Harding completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Universidade Paulista between 2009 and 2013. In 2020, they obtained a certification in "Acesso ao Mercado" from ATENZI. From 2020 to 2021, André pursued an MBA in Business Strategic Management from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.
