Pablo Arce

Pablo Arce is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and support leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr Director CX & West Theater Lead at Cohesity since July 2023, Pablo oversees the Americas enterprise support group and is the site leader for Costa Rica, focusing on people strategy and government relations. Prior roles include Director & Global Support Center Leader at VMware, where Pablo provided senior leadership guidance and managed support activities across the Americas, and Senior Manager at Convergys, leading the launch and growth of support groups for major clients. Pablo's educational background includes multiple MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and INCAE Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business and International Trading from Universidad de Costa Rica.
