Amber Cardwell

Amber Cardwell has over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at RYAM since September 2009. In this role, Amber partners with Executive Management and HR Business Partners to refine the staffing process and implement effective sourcing strategies. Previously, Amber held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Recruitment Coordinator at RYAM, where responsibilities included managing agency relationships and overseeing the recruiting process. Earlier in the career, Amber worked as a Payroll Associate, processing payroll for North America operations and managing various payroll tasks. Amber’s experience also includes a role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Nelnet. Education includes ongoing studies at Florida State College at Jacksonville and attendance at Bishop Kenny High School.
