Seamus Bardoul

Seamus Bardoul is an experienced professional in forest engineering and harvest planning, currently serving as the Engineering and Harvest Planning Manager at Matariki Forestry Group since July 2025. Prior to this, Seamus held the positions of Roading and Harvest Planning Manager and Forest Engineer at Rayonier from October 2018, where responsibilities included road design, construction, budgeting, and contract management. Seamus began career development through an internship program at Rayonier Matariki Forests, focusing on harvester head accuracy and general management in road construction and harvest planning. Previous experience includes managing logistics and container work as a Laborer with SOS Labour Solutions from 2016 to 2019. Seamus earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Forest Engineering from the University of Canterbury between 2015 and 2019.
