Mark Henry

Mark Henry has a diverse work experience, primarily in financial leadership roles. Mark most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ray's Restaurants since May 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at an Independent company from January 2018 to May 2019. From 2013 to 2017, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at Windham Enterprises. Mark also had previous experience as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at another Independent company from November 2011 to March 2013. Mark's earlier career includes the role of CFO at Kids II from 2009 to 2011 and at OHC Group in 2008. Mark held the position of CFO - DFIS - Americas Region at Eastman Kodak from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Mark was the VP Finance at PracticeWorks from 2001 to 2005 and CFO at Transmeridian Airlines from 2000 to 2001. Mark began their career as a Manager at Ernst & Young from 1996 to 1999.

Mark Henry attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting.
