Adrienne Rowe

Adrienne Rowe possesses extensive experience in workplace strategy and real estate, currently serving as the Head of Workplace Strategy at Raytheon Technologies since February 2021. Prior to that, Rowe was the Global Director of Workplace Strategy at Merck from January 2018 to February 2021. Rowe's career includes significant roles at Fidelity Investments as Senior Director of Fidelity Real Estate Company, and various managerial positions within The Walt Disney Company, including Operations Integration Manager at Aulani and HR Manager at Walt Disney World. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, a BS in Physics from the University of Central Florida, and a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
