Al C.

Al C. currently serves as the Director of Services Architecture for Enterprise Classified Digital Services at RTX since July 2023, focusing on technology modernization and operational excellence. Previously, Al C. held the position of Director of Digital Technology Architecture and Chief IT Architect at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where responsibilities included aligning architecture strategies with business goals and overseeing compliance with cyber safety requirements. Al C. has extensive experience at Lockheed Martin, leading IT Infrastructure Engineering and budget oversight, and has held senior roles at Sikorsky Aircraft and as a Systems Engineering Manager. Al C. has also contributed to various non-profit organizations as a board director, focusing on community development and educational initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from Southern University and A&M College, complemented by leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership and Thayer Leadership.
