Ian Campbell

Ian Campbell possesses extensive experience in financial analysis, workforce intelligence, and business consulting across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Workforce Intelligence at Raytheon Technologies since June 2019, Ian has also held roles such as Manager at Raytheon Missile Defense and Principal Financial Analyst. Ian co-founded the San Diego Tech Hub to enhance the local tech ecosystem and is a co-owner of Crepería La Luna, a popular eatery. Additional experience includes business consulting for startups, a position as Workforce Analyst at Kaiser Permanente, and various roles at Sony Electronics, including Finance Operations Manager. Academically, Ian holds an MBA in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics and is pursuing a Doctor of Business in Quantitative Analytics. A Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from UC San Diego complements a foundational BBA with a double major in Economics and Human Resources Management from New Mexico State University.
