Kevin Kaiser

Kevin Kaiser serves as the Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture & Strategy at Raytheon Technologies since May 2024, after holding the position of Sr. Manager in the same department since March 2020. With a career at Raytheon beginning in 2005, Kevin has led various initiatives in Enterprise Architecture, contributing to strategic digital transformation and governance processes. Previous roles include Lead Systems Architect, where Kevin supported substantial business growth opportunities, and Lead Architect / IPT Lead, focusing on digital transformation for a $6B business. Prior to Raytheon, Kevin worked at Boeing as a Systems Engineer / Analyst, supporting aerospace projects involving the International Space Station and Space Shuttle. Kevin holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
