Kristy Becerra

Kristy Becerra serves as the Senior Director, Head of Global Corporate Social Responsibility at RTX since August 2024, following a tenure as Director of Global Corporate Responsibility from February 2018 to November 2023. In these roles, Kristy led strategic CSR initiatives, volunteerism, and philanthropic partnerships, managing a multimillion-dollar global portfolio aimed at supporting underserved communities and promoting equitable access to quality STEM education. Prior experience includes Program Lead at WEConnect International, where Kristy oversaw initiatives focusing on women-owned businesses in Bangladesh, and Partner at Alpagro, which enhanced sustainable practices for local farmers. At Moody's Corporation, Kristy managed a $5 million grant portfolio and established a Global Volunteer Program, engaging a significant portion of employees. Kristy holds an MBA in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
