Shannon Gaydos-Hinkle

Shannon Gaydos-Hinkle is an experienced professional in engineering and program management, currently serving as a Development Manager and Deputy IPT Lead at Raytheon Technologies since September 2016. Previously, Shannon held various leadership roles at Raytheon, including Joint Polar Satellite System Specialty Engineering Lead and Element Manager for significant programs with over $1 billion in contract value. Shannon also contributed to quality assurance and release management at the University of Colorado and has a strong foundation in systems engineering from earlier roles at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. Possessing a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, Shannon has demonstrated expertise in managing teams and driving efficiencies across multiple high-profile programs throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
