Carmen Hagmann, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Carmen began their career as a Storekeeper at H&M in 2006 before joining Chocolat Frey AG and Kaufmann Motoren AG as a member of staff in 2007. In the same year, they also began their tenure at Swissport as an intern, later transitioning to the role of Floorwalker/Coach and eventually becoming an Assistant Customer Service Manager. In 2014, they moved to Lufthansa Technik Component Services where they completed an internship in Customer Service Management. Since then, they have held various roles, including Key Account Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Material Solutions. Their extensive experience in customer service and management positions reflects their expertise in the aviation industry.

Carmen Hagmann, MBA began their education at the University of Zurich in 2008, studying BWL (Business Administration) until 2010. Following this, they attended SBS Swiss Business School from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on International Management. In 2012, Hagmann enrolled in Maastricht University, where they pursued a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management and Change, graduating with honors in 2013. Their educational journey culminated at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Aviation Management, earning the distinction of graduating with high honors.
