Terry Nolan

Terry Nolan is a seasoned professional in Employee and Labor Relations with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Employee & Labor Relations at RTX since April 2020, Nolan previously held several leadership roles in United Technologies from 2006 to 2020, including Corporate VP and VP of Global Labor & Employment Compliance. Earlier experience includes a position as Director of Labor Relations at Avaya and roles in labor and employment law at various law firms, including Collier Jacob & Mills and Carpenter, Bennett & Morrissey. Terry Nolan holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution.
