Helen Hardy

Helen Hardy is a Therapeutic Counselor volunteering with Frontline19 ® CIC since January 2023, while also serving as a Business Improvement Project Manager and Six Sigma Expert at Raytheon UK since January 1998. With nearly 20 years at Raytheon, Helen has transitioned from a Semiconductor Process Engineering background to overseeing operations and managing teams in high-stakes environments. Previous volunteer experience includes providing therapeutic counseling at FRASAC charity from May 2012 to March 2023, complementing analytical skills with emotional support expertise. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Edinburgh, a CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Charis Counselling Centre, and a BSc in Physics from Glasgow Caledonian University.
