James Gray

James Gray has an extensive background in cyber, space, and training, with experience in software development, integration, and test for national security cyber projects across the UK. James has also been involved in space and airborne projects, as well as C4I systems engineering and software delivery. James holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Henley Business School, along with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Cardiff University. James has held various leadership positions at Raytheon UK, including Managing Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive Sponsor, and Associate Director. Additionally, James has experience in business development and technical engineering management at Ultralife Corporation and BAE Systems.
