Jillian Jarvie has extensive work experience in quality management and improvement, particularly within the aerospace and defense industry. Jillian started their career with Raytheon UK in 1994 as a Semiconductor Quality Assistant Engineer and progressed to become a Semiconductor Quality Manager, where they championed the upgrade of ISO9001 to ISO/TS16949 and led the implementation of ISO14001.

In 2005, Jillian joined Raytheon UK as a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer, where they were responsible for various functions including supplier quality, audit programs, and the implementation of new processes and tools. Jillian also served as the Quality System Manager and Cyber, Space & Training Quality Manager at Raytheon Technologies, where they managed quality and business improvement initiatives.

Currently, Jillian is working at Raytheon UK as the Head of Quality and Business Improvement. Throughout their career, they have been involved in cross-functional and cross-site improvement initiatives, training coordination, and mentoring.
