Pete Thackeray

Pete Thackeray is an experienced Structural Designer currently working at Raytheon UK since March 2022, focusing on the Shadow Mk2 program and secondary structures for antenna and equipment installations. Prior to this role, Pete served as a Design Engineer at Expleo Group on the BAe Systems Dreadnought Program and as a Structures Designer at Hyde Group Engineering Limited for the Leonardo AW101 project. Additional experience includes a position as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Altran for the Bombardier Aventra SWR program, and earlier work at Hyde Group Engineering Limited on the Italian CSAR Norway SAR project. Pete also gained experience at Airbus Defence and Space as a Mechanical Design Engineer, working on antennas.
