Frank Pike has a strong background in mechanical and structural engineering within the mining industry. Frank started their career in 2007 as a Senior Struct/Mech/Piping Draughtsman/Modeller at Vhumbanani Projects (DRA Minerals), where they worked until 2009. Frank then joined TWP Projects as a Senior Struct/Mech/Piping Draughtsman/Modeller from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Frank joined Fox Projects (Pty) Ltd as a Project Section Leader, where they worked until 2012. Since 2012, Frank has been working at SENET (Pty) Ltd as a Project Section Leader / Lead Designer Mechanical/Structural. In this role, they provide leadership and coordination for the design and detailing of various mining projects worldwide, including copper and gold concentrator plants and uranium and sulphuric acid plants.
Frank Pike attended Richards Bay High School from 1978 to 1979, where they completed their Matric. From 1981 to 1984, they studied Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician at Verwoerdburg Technical College, earning an N5 degree.
