Sharon Tedford holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Computation from Queen's University Belfast. Currently serving as Programme Manager for Government Frameworks at Raytheon UK since December 2022, Sharon has previously held programme management positions at Cobham Aviation Services and Draken Europe. Sharon's extensive experience includes leading complex bids and projects at Instro Precision Limited, where responsibilities encompassed project management from conception to handover, as well as sales and business development. Notable past roles also include Project Manager positions at CHC Helicopter and Allstate Northern Ireland, where management of multi-million dollar initiatives and large-scale projects took place. Additional experience includes a tenure at Thales Air Defence Ltd as both Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to innovative solutions in defense projects.
