Stephanie Davies (she/her) has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Stephanie is currently the Head of Legal at Raytheon UK since January 2023. Before that, they worked as an Employment Lawyer at Vista Employer Services from August 2022 to January 2023. Stephanie previously held various positions at General Dynamics UK Limited, including Head of Legal & Compliance and Board Director from November 2016 to August 2022, and Head of Trade Compliance and Anti-Corruption from October 2010 to November 2016. Stephanie began their career as a Corporate Paralegal and Employment Law Caseworker at Morgans Solicitors from August 2008 to October 2010.
