Grant Rauscher

Grant Rauscher currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Mercury Systems, having progressed through roles including Senior Counsel and Corporate Counsel since January 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from May 2016 to January 2020 and at Debevoise & Plimpton from October 2013 to April 2016, where Rauscher also held the position of Law Clerk in 2012. A legal internship at Lockheed Martin occurred in 2011. Grant Rauscher earned a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in 2013, and holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Arts from Texas McCombs School of Business, completed in 2010, with studies at Universidad de Cantabria in 2007.
