Penelope Martin-Knox

Penelope Martin-Knox, Ed.D. is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in the field of education. Penelope has served as the Superintendent at Raytown Quality Schools, Sumter School District, and in different capacities at Baltimore County Public Schools. With a background in music teacher education, urban education, and educational leadership, Penelope also has experience as an adjunct professor at Morgan State University.
